The devil attempts to separate us from true believers and the Word.
The devil likes to cause confusion with money matters and family matters.
Will you leave the scriptures for worldly success?
If we have the scriptures inside us, we'll be able to see the tricks of the enemy.
Summary:
The devil loves to cause confusion. Satan will try to pull us away from
the Scriptures and the body of believers who are following the Scriptures.
He loves to tempt people in the areas of finance and family. Satan
took Jesus up a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world.
He wanted Jesus to fall down and worship him in exchange for those things.
He was asking Jesus to exchange His life for a dollar. Satan is still
using that trick. Will you leave the Scriptures for your success? If
you have the Scriptures inside of you, you'll be able to see the devil's tricks
for what they are. True "higher learning" is the Scriptures. Job 1:6
says, "Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves
before the LORD, and Satan came also among them." If Satan can't get you
in the world, he doesn't mind going to church to do his business.. The
spirit of the devil tries to sound like the Spirit of God. This spirit
hides among true saints and attempts to cause divisions to draw men away from
God. We must stay spiritually alert and try every spirit to see if it is
of God or not.
